THE RELEASE

How this promo reached collectors

Onix 3/18 belongs to the fixed 18-card English Southern Islands collection. The English release combined the island cards in a decorated folder with postcards and three booster packs. This is a promotional collection card, not a PRERELEASE or STAFF print. The collection-level English release is documented as July 31, 2001; it is not a separate card-specific handout claim.
