How this promo reached collectors

Groudon ex #002 is one of the first two Nintendo Black Star Promos, the series that continued the Black Star line after Nintendo took over the Pokémon TCG license from Wizards of the Coast. This page is the No e-Reader Code print. Separate Cosmos Holo and Non Holofoil prints are documented and have their own pages. An owner-supplied PSA cert scan is installed as a placeholder; no other print is substituted.
